Terms of Service

1. The service

Presto Bee is a listing management workspace for online resellers. It helps you create listings, cross-list them to marketplaces you connect (currently Poshmark, Mercari, and Depop, with more marketplaces added over time), share listings, send offers, and track listing and order status.

Presto Bee is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any marketplace. Marketplaces may change or restrict their platforms at any time, which can affect or interrupt Presto Bee features that depend on them.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Presto Bee. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Presto Bee.

3. Marketplace connections

When you connect a marketplace account, you authorize Presto Bee to act on that account on your behalf: creating, updating, and delisting listings, sharing, sending offers, and reading order and listing data. You confirm the connected accounts are yours and that your use of Presto Bee complies with each marketplace’s own terms of service.

Actions Presto Bee takes on a connected marketplace are performed at your direction. Bulk actions and AI drafts include a review checkpoint before publishing. You remain responsible for the content and legality of your listings on every marketplace.

4. Plans, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in USD, at the prices shown on the pricing page. New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

Some AI features are metered: each plan includes a monthly allowance, and use beyond the allowance bills at the per-generation rate shown on the pricing page. Prices may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Presto Bee to list items that are illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited by the target marketplace; to infringe intellectual property rights; to interfere with or abuse the service; or to access accounts that are not yours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users, marketplaces, or Presto Bee.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, listing text, and inventory data you bring to Presto Bee. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: storing, processing, and transmitting your content to the marketplaces you direct it to.

AI-generated titles and descriptions are drafts for your review. You are responsible for what you publish.

7. Disclaimers

Presto Bee is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that any listing will publish successfully on a marketplace, or that a marketplace will not restrict or suspend a connected account. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Presto Bee’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, sales, or data.

9. Termination

You can stop using Presto Bee and cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach of these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including 6 through 8) survive.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you (for example by email or an in-app notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use Presto Bee after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
