Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).

Listing and inventory data: the photos, titles, descriptions, prices, tags, and order history you bring into your studio or import from connected marketplaces.

Marketplace credentials and tokens: when you connect a marketplace, we store an encrypted session token used to act on your behalf. If you connect by entering your marketplace username and password, your password is used only to sign you in and is not stored by Presto Bee; we keep your marketplace username and an encrypted session token to maintain the connection.

Usage data: basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and error reports) that keep the service reliable and secure.

Product analytics: to understand how the product is used and to improve it, we collect interaction events (pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth) and record sessions of your use of the app. Session recordings mask what you type — form fields, including passwords, credentials, and search terms, are hidden — and we honor your browser’s Do Not Track setting.

2. How we use it

To run the product: creating and cross-listing your listings, syncing orders, sending the offers and shares you direct, and showing your sales overview.

To generate AI drafts: when you use AI listing features, the photos and product details you provide are sent to our AI provider to produce the draft. Drafts come back to you for review before anything publishes.

To perform the marketplace actions you direct: Presto Bee may complete verification steps such as captcha challenges on your behalf, using third-party solving services, solely to carry out the action you requested.

To communicate with you: service emails about your account, billing, and material changes. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your inventory or sales data with other users.

3. Cookies and local storage

Presto Bee uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, local storage for preferences such as your theme, and a product-analytics cookie set by our analytics provider to measure usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Service providers

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: cloud hosting and database services to store your data, AI model providers to generate listing drafts, a payment processor to handle billing, verification (captcha) solving services used to complete challenges when you direct an action, and a product-analytics provider that receives usage events and session recordings (with inputs masked). Each provider receives only the data needed for its function.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your data stays in your account for as long as the account is active. To close your account and have your personal data, listing data, and marketplace tokens deleted, email us at contact@prestobee.com; we complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request, except where the law requires us to keep specific records (such as billing records).

You can disconnect a marketplace at any time; its stored token is removed.

6. Security

Marketplace tokens are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and access to production data is restricted. No online service can guarantee perfect security; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as those under the GDPR or CCPA). To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.

8. Children

Presto Bee is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we will notify you before the change takes effect (for example by email or an in-app notice).
