Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).

Listing and inventory data: the photos, titles, descriptions, prices, tags, and order history you bring into your studio or import from connected marketplaces.

Marketplace connection tokens: when you connect a marketplace, we store the session credentials needed to act on your behalf, encrypted at rest. We do not store your marketplace passwords.

Usage data: basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and error reports) that keep the service reliable and secure.

2. How we use it

To run the product: creating and cross-listing your listings, syncing orders, sending the offers and shares you direct, and showing your sales overview.

To generate AI drafts: when you use AI listing features, the photos and product details you provide are sent to our AI provider to produce the draft. Drafts come back to you for review before anything publishes.

To communicate with you: service emails about your account, billing, and material changes. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your inventory or sales data with other users.

3. Cookies and local storage

Presto Bee uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for preferences such as your theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Service providers

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: cloud hosting and database services to store your data, AI model providers to generate listing drafts, and a payment processor to handle billing. Each provider receives only what it needs to perform its function.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your data stays in your account for as long as the account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data, listing data, and marketplace tokens within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep specific records (such as billing records).

You can disconnect a marketplace at any time; its stored token is removed.

6. Security

Marketplace tokens are encrypted at rest, passwords are hashed, and access to production data is restricted. No online service can guarantee perfect security; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as those under the GDPR or CCPA). To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below.

8. Children

Presto Bee is not directed at children and may not be used by anyone under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a material way, we will notify you before the change takes effect (for example by email or an in-app notice).
